Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Sunday, 20th September, David of Great Salkeld, Penrith. Beloved wife of Ning, much loved dad of Kyle, Toby, Kimberley, Jake, Nadine, Annie and Ryan, cherished brother of Billy and brother-in-law of Ann, uncle, and a friend to many, aged 66 years. A Service to celebrate David’s life will be held at Eden Valley Crematorium, on Friday, 2nd October at 12.30pm. No formal wear required, please wear what you are comfortable in.  Peacefully, at Winters Park Care Home, on Monday, 21^st September, Hannah (Nancy) of Penrith, beloved wife of the late Bob, much loved mam and a sadly missed grandma and great grandma. Aged 91 years. A Private Service of Thanksgiving will be held. Suddenly, at home, on Sunday, 6^th September, Leslie John of Catterlen, Penrith, (formerly of Coventry and Brantwood Hotel, Stainton), dearly loved husband of 50 years to Susan, a much loved father of 7, stepfather of 1, grandfather of 18, great-grandfather of 25 and great-great-grandfather of 1. Aged 89 years. Service at St. John's Church, Newton Reigny, Penrith on Tuesday, 29^th September at 11.00 am followed by cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium at 12.30 pm. Margaret Annie Dixon, of Frenchfield Way, Penrith (formerly of Elseghyll Farm. Melmerby). Died on Saturday, 29^th August, peacefully at home, just after waking at dawn, in the embrace of her loving son and long-term carer Richard, Aged 97 years. Much loved wife of the late John George Dixon and mother of David, Christopher and Richard, grandmother and great-grandmother. Eldest child of the late William and Mary Morton and sister of the late Kenneth Morton and Edith James. Funeral Service at Penrith Methodist Church, on Monday, 28^th September, at 11.00 am followed by Interment at Penrith Cemetery. Peacefully, at home, on Thursday 27^th August, Judy of Penrith. Beloved wife of the late Tom, much loved mum of  Daren and Nigel, loving mother-in -law of Wendy and Miranda, a cherished grandma and great-grandma. A private Service of Thanksgiving  will be held.

 Peacefully at home, on Friday, 28th August, Geoff of Dacre, Penrith, dearly loved husband of the late Patience, treasured dad of Sandra, Linda, David and Dawn and a devoted grandad to 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He will always be with us and forever in our hearts. Aged 86 years.
