Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, 9^th June, Roger Henry of Lazonby, Penrith, beloved husband of the late Jennifer dearly loved father of Daphne, Richard, Stephen and Rachel and much loved by his eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Aged 92 years. Roger dedicated his life to his family and the communities he lived in and was respected in the village of Lazonby and in the global community of canoe slalom, Roger has inspired the lives of many. Service and interment at St. Nicholas’ Church, Lazonby on Friday, 21^st June at 12.00 noon. No flowers please.
