Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Sunday, 18^th February, Derwent of Doddick Farm, Threlkeld, a much loved father, father-in-law, grandad and brother who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Aged 80 years. Service at St. Mary's Church, Threlkeld on Friday, 1^st March at 12.30 pm followed by cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium. At home, surrounded by his family on Sunday 21^st January, Peter John, of Unthank, Gamblesby; wonderful husband of Shirley, much loved father of Sarah, Anna, James and Matthew, adored Grandpa, and a good friend to so many. Aged 95 Years. Service and Interment at St John the Baptist Church, Melmerby, on Friday, 16th February at 1pm. Aged 74 years. Service at St. Andrews Church, Penrith on Monday, 12^th February at 10.30am, followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery. No black ties please.
