Boyce, née Todd

Sudden, but peacefully, after a short illness, on Thursday, 21st September Marjorie of Penrith, beloved wife of the late David, much loved mam of Andrew and Richard, mother-in-law of Angela and Fiona, dearly loved nanna of Jamie, Lindsay, David and Katie, great-nanna of Patrick, Leighton, Noah, Ruby, Darcy and Sonny, a sadly missed sister, aunt and good friend to many. Aged 83 years. Service at St. Andrew's Church, Penrith on Friday, 6th October at 11.00 am followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery. McLuckie

After a brief yet incredibly bravely fought illness, our brother Stuart, aged 59 years passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Tuesday, 19th September, surrounded by the love of his family. Son of the late Bruce and Eileen, he was so desperately loving and loved. His fun smiles and gentleness will be missed and held in the hearts of many, but particularly by his devoted family: Alastair, Susan, Mark, Olivia, Louis and Violet. Service at St. Andrew's Church, Penrith on Thursday, 5th October at 1.30 pm followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery. Those wishing to pay their respects are most welcome. Raine

William (Bill) sadly, on Saturday, 23rd September, he fell to sleep for the final time at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle aged 77 years. He was very much loved by all, past and present. He will be a greatly missed individual. Service and interment at All Saints’ Church, Renwick on Tuesday, 3rd October at 1.00 pm. Peacefully, at Croft Avenue Care Home, Penrith, on Friday, 15th September, Allen Peter , of Albert Court, Penrith, former history teacher at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Penrith, much loved father of Bronwen, Rhys, Glyn, Gwenneth, Gaynor, adored granddad (Taid), great grandad, and father-in-law. Aged 94 years. Service and Cremation at Eden Valley Crematorium, on Monday, 2nd October at 12:30pm. Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday 13th September, Frederick (Fred), of Rosebank, Stainton, beloved husband of Margaret, much loved dad of Paula, Sandra and Tracey, devoted grandad of Aleah, Amy, Korie, Imogen, Connor, Teleri and the late Chloe, adored father-in-law, step grandad and a good friend to many. Peacefully, at Newlands Park Care Centre, Workington, on Tuesday, 29th August, Rosalind (Rosa), formally of Norfolk Place, Penrith, beloved wife of the late Andy and a good friend to many.
